The system can be linked to any strip packing machine. combine control panel gives operator of all data related to strip packing with NFD in one single HMI.

System Highlights

IR Sensing NFD
- Product is sensed while dropping from feeding chanel to strip pocket
- Sensing is done before sealing
- Separate IR changepart for every feeding chanel
Mechanical Sensing NFD
- Product is sensed via profile sensing by mechanical rollers which rest on strip surface.
- Sensing is done after sealing.
- Universal design so NO change Part is required
- Mainly suitable for tablets

Foil Joint Detection

Joints in foil rolls are detected.

After detetion product is not filled in foil portion with joint.

Both LHS & RHS foil joints are detected.

Foil End Detection

After foil ends or there is cut in foil during packing system will detect.

Rejection Verification

Online verification of every rejected strip.

Pin-Hole Detection Link Up

PinHole device can be linked to NFD.

Product will not be filled in patch of foil having pin hole
